VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Volunteers are the life blood of food banks. Over the next few months, we are in urgent need of some extra pairs of hands to help ensure we are able to serve our local community. Please see the variety of roles needed below:
HELPING AT A FOOD BANK CENTRE
Meeting people who visit the food bank and giving out food parcels.
WAREHOUSE VOLUNTEER
We need help to weigh, sort and store donated food before it’s made into parcels for clients to collect. You could help in this vital work to ensure we have the right food available at all times.
AN DRIVER
Van drivers play a fundamental role in the running of the food bank, collecting food donations from a variety of locations across the local area as well as distributing the sorted donations from the warehouse to the local food bank centres. Find our more and download the role profile here.
